Caroline Falkner

My Story

Caroline Falkner brings over a decade of experience in higher education, with expertise in curriculum support, registration, and records management. Prior to joining Legato, Caroline served as Registrar at Kansas City University. In that role, Caroline led the Academic Foundation and Student Records workstreams during the implementation of Workday® Student, assisting in every phase from pre-implementation planning to post-implementation stabilization.

Caroline transitioned to consulting in 2023, providing both functional and technical support for academic records and advising areas. Outside of work, she enjoys adventuring with her husband and three kids.

Fun fact: Caroline studied abroad in London during undergrad!
