Jess Springer

My Story

As Operations Manager for Legato, Jess works behind the scenes to keep the many moving pieces of the business organized and connected. Her work includes managing billing and financial processes, maintaining business systems and project information, supporting customer onboarding and Human Resources, creating reports, documentation and SOP's, and finding ways to make everyday processes simpler and more efficient. She genuinely enjoys keeping things organized, making information easier to find and use, and taking care of the behind-the-scenes details so the Legato team can focus on serving our customers.

Before coming to work at Legato, Jess was a stay-at-home mom for many years before beginning work as a substitute teacher for her local public school system, a job she still enjoys doing on the side, and as a part-time administrative assistant at an accounting and wealth management firm. These experiences shaped her practical, organized, and people-focused approach.

Jess lives in Northeast Nebraska with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys chatting with friends over a hot cup of mushroom coffee, reading, camping, hiking in National Parks with her family, and teaching the Bible in its ancient historical context.
