My Story

Kate Pantinas brings over 20 years of experience in higher education, specializing in change management, process improvement, training, academic operations, and enterprise systems transformation. Prior to joining Legato, she served in senior academic affairs and change leadership roles at Ivy Tech Community College and Berklee College of Music that included supporting initiatives related to Workday Student readiness, governance alignment, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. Kate is passionate about helping institutions navigate complex transitions in practical, people-centered ways.

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kate enjoys writing, reading romance novels, creating warm things out of yarn chaos, and spending time with her husband, three children, and two tiny but opinionated dogs.
