Kayla Spencer

My Story

Kayla has over ten years of experience in higher education, designing programs, processes, and strategies for administrators, students, and alumni. Most recently, she led outcomes reporting and data operations at a global online program management company. She is thrilled to join the Legato Strategic Consulting team, partnering with campuses to support institutional and student success.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Kayla now resides in a Southern California college town with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking in the foothills near her home, reading, sampling the amazing LA food scene, and rooting hard for Seattle sports teams.
