My Story
Elizabeth "Liz" Powell is an experienced leader in student financial services, higher‑education technology, and global implementation management. She has led teams across public and private sector organizations, with roles spanning Workday Student consulting, enterprise payment platform deployment, and operational leadership. Her background includes building and scaling implementation teams, guiding institutions through complex ERP transitions, and developing programs that strengthen consulting skills and organizational capacity.
She has held senior roles at Flywire, Alchemy, and the University of Rochester, contributing to product design, integration strategy, and post‑launch support for higher‑ed systems. Liz’s work emphasizes clear processes, thoughtful team development, and practical solutions that help institutions adopt new technologies effectively. She holds a Master’s in International Education from NYU and a Bachelor’s in History from Occidental College. She resides in Reno, NV with her daughter Ari - doubling as her daughter's and friend's sports and recreation taxi service after business hours.
