Workday® Student First Steps

This unique program is perfect for teams who are new to Workday Student or experienced teams needing a re-fresh. This signature program presents Workday Student from a wide angle lens, conducting a comprehensive review of all Workday Student components and how they work together through hands-on activities. Your team will learn troubleshooting and problem-solving strategies, and will also learn why these strategies work. This deeper understanding will prepare your staff to tackle more advanced tasks comfortably and confidently and make institutionally-minded configuration decisions and reports. ​​

Up to 15 users

In your Workday Student tenant

In-Person - 4 days (9 AM - 4:30 PM) - limited to 15 Users at a Single Institution - $10,000 plus travel expenses

Virtual - 4 Fridays from 9-4:30 in your school’s time zone - Limited to 5 Users at a Single Institution - $7,500

Workday® Student Catch-Up Course for New Staff

At Legato, we offer a training program for new team members that is based on your school’s unique standard operating procedures (SOPs) and is fully customizable to address responsibilities in any job description empowering your staff to feel capable and confident in their work.

Techno-Functional Leader Bootcamp

Workday® Student is live at your institution. Now what?

 

Do you feel frustrated and unsure about how to actually manage the system? Do people on-campus ask you questions and you're embarrassed because you don't know the answers?

 

If so, your institution needs a techno-functional leader among your staff. A techno-functional leader knows how to combine functional knowledge about your institution with the technical knowledge of Workday® Student.  Anyone can learn how. That person could be you, or someone else.

 

Upon completion of this program, this leader will be able to manage and adapt your system to the needs of your institution. The course covers how to make and execute configuration decisions, analyze and improve the ways users perform tasks, prepare for Workday updates, assess and improve data quality, design and run reports, and communicate Workday-related matters effectively to others.
