I love when Workday has feature releases that provide significant time savings. This one is definitely a favorite of mine from 2024R2.
With the Workday® Student 2024R2 release there is now a handy dandy Student Transfer Credit Troubleshooting Console. It is more than just troubleshooting, but actually allows you to take actions on articulated transfer credit to correct any issues.
Why This Matters
This is saving significant time for any mistakes of mistakenly locking credit (don't do it I say!). I've included screenshots of what to do. There's more information about this helpful tool in Workday Community here: https://lnkd.in/gbV8jddn
NOTE: If there is an academic requirement override on one of the articulations, even if the transfer credit is locked, you still have to remove the override before changing an articulation.
